If you see a picture on any of the designs that’s an indication that you can share a picture of your choice to replace it with. You’ll need to provide the exact photo replacement and we’ll be happy to include it.

To avoid additional cost, be sure that the information you provide is COMPLETE & FINAL so that your piece will be customized accurately. Any edits for changes to your information after customization is complete will be billed hourly. We don’t like charging, and you don’t like paying such fees, so let’s avoid this…

You can use any platform of your choice – ChabadOne, Charidy, RaiseThon, CauseMatch, or RaiseGiving. We won’t be overriding any of the default formats they provide but we will make sure that all the colors match your marketing assets within the options each platform provides.
