Q: Is this a stand-alone site or a minisite?

It’s a minisite. Stand-alone is not an option at this time.

Q: Can you set up the inside pages too like the holiday schedule, event information, etc.?

Yes, however that’s not included in the scope of this project. To avoid additional cost this is actually something you can do easily on your own by dragging your existing minisite pages into this new minisite and making some adjustments where needed so everything fits nicely in this frame. Alternatively, you can purchase the add-on for additional content setup.

Q: I need a form on the minisite to collect reservations. Is that included?

Form setup is not included in this purchase—that's how we get to keep this at a low price for you :) but you can go ahead and create a form inside the minisite on your own. If you'd like our team's help with this, contact us for our hourly rates.
